Job Description
Quad Marketing is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers.

What You’ll Do
Be knowledgeable about our services
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Answer questions about our services
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Prepare quotations, invoices and statements
Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Prepare sales materials and support information for sales calls, trade shows, and proposal responses.
Generate reports for internal use and analysis by mining information from various sources including databases, CRM, and traditional and emerging electronic media channels.
Provide marketing support through the distribution of relevant marketing materials, representing the business at industry and trade shows.
Who You Are
Qualifications
Have completed at least two years of college in the field of marketing or business;
Or have at least 2 year experience working in sales or marketing.
Technical Skills
Is proficient in the use of desktop operating systems (e.g. Chrome OS, Windows OS).
Is proficient in the use office productivity software, especially spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel).
Has experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Has experience with accounting and invoicing systems (e.g. Xero Accounting).

Has customer service skills: can listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
Has interpersonal skills: can work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
Has confidence and strong self-assuredness: can succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.
Has communication skills, especially persuasion: can clearly convey the benefits of a product/service to potential customers.
Has physical endurance: can be on your feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry heavy products.
